This basic town house offers sun and shade, to families and couples alike. Less than a minute away is the supermarkets (Hiperdino and Overseas) , stocking all you need for your holiday shop. The lounge is bright, sunny and comfortable with free fibre optic WIFI and IPTV. Off the lounge the kitchen is well equipped and of a good size, a door leads to a private Solana area where you will find the washing machine, clothes airer and useful storage space for all that sandy beach paraphernalia. This property for up to 5 guests also features an electric kettle, refrigerators and an oven. The property is 250 metres from San Marcial 1 bus station, they is also parking space for your car. Casa de Pato is the perfect place for a great Holiday!

All about our Casa de Pato.
The lounge is bright, sunny and comfortable with free fibre optic WIFI and IPTV. Off the lounge the kitchen is well equipped and of a good size, a door leads to a private Solana area where you will find the washing machine, clothes airer and useful storage space for all that sandy beach paraphernalia. There is a cool single bedroom on the ground floor, with a small cloakroom toilet and sink too. The dog leg stairs lead to a further 2 bedrooms, and a family bathroom with over the bath shower. The master bedroom has a sizeable en suite bathroom with a double his and hers sink, bath, over the bath shower and bidet. The twin bedroom has incredible views over to the Rubicon Range of Mountains. The master bedroom has a balcony, lovely table and chairs for two and sea views over the roof tops towards Fuerteventura. Perfect for breakfast, early morning sun and reading that holiday novel. Outside, the walled garden, with a lockable gate, has a fantastic shaded eating area, where you can dine al fresco. The pool is electrically heated and there are sun loungers. Casa de Pato is the perfect place for a great Holiday!

This villa has everthing!! It is 1 mins from supermarket and 10 mins walking to harbour and restaurants. Now the villa!! Had absolutely everything you could need, even pool towels so only beach towels needed. Lovely welcome pack with water and milk in fridge, and kitchen full equipped. Sofas really comfy and lots of info for wifi and tv. Everywhere wss spotless, area was really quite and peacefull.

A fantastic 10 day stay in Lanzarote This really was a wonderful villa. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It lacked nothing. It could not have been better located, a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina with its' many excellent restaurants and quality shops and a 1 minute walk to the local supermarket. My wife and I had a fantastic 10 day stay and have already rebooked for the same time next year.
Beautiful house on a quiet side street a few short minutes walk from the marina, shops and restaurants at Rubicon Village, Playa Blanca. Decor clean, crisp and modern. Pool area is the same. Immaculate. Excellent communication from support team to make sure everything was ok. Pool was checked and cleaned while we were there. Had a great holiday and will 100% be booking again. Thanks for a smmoth, relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
